I have been sliding down the rainbow to get here, it has been lovely and fun and happy and stress free. But I know for the next few weeks I will be working my butt off for that pot of gold. I planned well down to ever detail but sometimes the only thing you can count on in life is that everything will change.

After I hit the button to send last Monday’s questation that also had the first teaser about my e-course I was called into our main office to talk with our amazing front desk person. She has to leave. *oxygen sucked out of the room*

You see she is amazing, she is the reason I have been able to start my own business and build it so quickly….she was my replacement. I hired her to be me, and she was better than me and more amazing at the task and…what the hell am I going to do!

This is not a bad thing for her and I know all things happen for a reason so I don’t believe it will be a bad thing for us. But it is a curve ball. A well timed barb from the universe reminding me I am not as IN control as I’d like to think. AND that I don’t always know what is good for me and what is good for my future until hindsight kicks in.

I’m still writing the e-course, I am still building the WONDERLAND forum, I am still promoting and guest posting. I am just ALSO reviewing over a 100 applications, I received within a 48hr time period which is pretty awesome. Interviews will happen, Training will happen and late night writing will happen, weekend writing will happen. The Magick will happen.

Stress is something I avoid, but it collided with me this week:

Favorite most adored office person gave notice (she didn’t quit she is coming back a few hours a week yay!!)
The RNC, making my little city of St. Pete look like East berlin and bringing so much ugly sentiment with it (not participating in the ugly…so unfortunate people think their political views are a good reason to tear someone else down)
Launched my first ever e-course….no pre-launched, means it still has to be finished (this is roller coaster scary which is a good kind of scary)
James’s 40th Birthday. This was a celebration, however I wanted SO badly for it to be perfect for him I made myself sick about it. (it was a huge success and he was very happy…at least that is what he told me)
Over a 100 people needing my attention and compassion and unbiased eye for employment
Issac, not a person, the hurricane. (personally I love storms but everyone around me is acting bat shit crazy over it)

To tell the truth I allowed myself to get stressed and not be my usual rainbow riding self, I am getting better. It will be a short time of intensity, but I can’t wait to be as proud as I am going to be of myself and to have all these new beginnings and people in my life grow into a brighter future.

Bring it on Leprechaun man, I am going after that pot of gold and then I am going to slide down your rainbow, whatcha got little green man?
